Obowiązki:
• This role is focused on custom / ad-hoc quantitative market research (~80%-90% of time). Qualitative research will be ~10-20% of time
• Manages small- and medium-size international customer insights accounts from the Animal Health and Nutrition industries self-sufficiently
• Manages studies for large key accounts from the Animal Health and Nutrition industries in consultation with the key account teams across Europe
• Manages existing clients who buy a subscription data product in Poland (~20% of time during the first 6 months, later ~10% of time)

Proposal Development & Research Design:
• Creates bids for proposals including designing RFPs and getting costs from operations (supplier management team) and estimating research hours in consultation with account teams
• Develops pricing for specific elements of projects in consultation with account teams
• Develops qualitative and quantitative study designs including questionnaires and topic guides
Project Execution:
• Project manager for medium to highly complex projects
• Delivers projects with high quality and according to plan
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders throughout projects
• Works with own and other Kynetec teams to design studies, edit research tools, and plan analyses and reporting
• Oversees the data collection processes such as preparing study specifications for Operations and/or agencies, client reports, drafting questionnaires, quota monitoring, sample delivery, troubleshooting and testing

Analysis & Reporting:
• Creates impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights, using storytelling and infographic methods

• Analyses data and cross-tabs for meaningful results / liaises with the data processing team as well as marketing & data sciences team to generate useful result tables

• Quantitative projects specifics:
-Signing-off of data collection and sample screening instruments (e.g. scripts)
-Creation of briefing notes for Research Success team / fieldwork teams and briefing of the teams

Interviewing (qualitative):
• Is aware of more advanced interviewing principles and practices

Deliverables:
• Finalizes V0 quantitative reports received from Research Success colleagues (headlines, trend analysis, executive summary) with support of senior colleagues
• Finalizes V0 qualitative overview reports received from Research Success colleagues (story telling, executive summary) with support of senior colleagues
• For smaller projects, presenting results to client together with senior Client Success colleague at strategic clients, alone for non-strategic clients, also with or without Commercial colleague
Client Management:
• Begins to have regular communications with junior to mid-level clients on a day-to-day deliverables and project level need basis
