As a Sales Professional you will be responsible for managing and guiding the partners in your region, with the ambitious aim of achieving turnover targets and realizing growth
What your key responsibilities will look like:
Active in the acquisition of new partners with the help of the Business Development Manager
Fostering these ‘new’ Partners from the ground up and acting as a face outward ensuring a solid relationship
Maintaining relationships with existing Partners. Inform them in good time and comprehensively about our products, services and their development
Conduct market research analysis and reporting on the performance of each Partner, in order to stay ahead of the curve
Responsible for the realization of turnover targets with our partners
Anticipating the future of our Partners at a strategic level and following-up with actions that meet the needs
Establish close cooperation with internal departments such as OPS, Setup, Finance and Marketing, to facilitate your business needs
Define, deliver and guaranteeing agreements made with Partners
Negotiate on new and existing contracts and conditions

As a Controller for Flex IT, you are responsible for informing the organization and your stakeholders in a timely manner about realized and expected results. You will be part of the Business Control team consisting of 3 employees. You will work closely with the other Business Controllers, the General Ledger team, Financial Controllers and of course the manager in the business
What your day will look like
Analyzing the financial performance of Cost Centers and communicating with the stakeholders (Heads of IT, HR, Finance, Legal et cetera);
Supporting and monitoring budgeting and forecast processes;
Reporting on project investments (CAPEX) and be involved in the development of business cases
Identifying information needs and translating these into standard reports, dashboards and KPIs within our Business Intelligence environment;
Preparing reliable operational and financial management reports for the Leadership Team and the Board;
Convincing others of the importance of continuously improving processes, procedures and operating results, and bringing team members and stakeholders with you to jointly achieve this
Manage the entire recruitment process in all countries from the first intake with the hiring manager, managing the entire interviewing process to coordinating the offer
Own the hiring process, coach and guide your hiring managers to higher levels in recruiting talent and build good relationships with them to understand recruitment needs
Improve the candidate journey and design a smooth onboarding process
Leverage and maximise our applicant tracking process through SuccessFactors or other ATS software
Build the FlexIT employer brand, in close collaboration with marketing
Attract the right talent by developing sourcing strategies and roadmaps and translate them into action;
