Obowiązki:
- Manage and lead a small team of 4 IT professionals
- Oversee the design, including Servers, networks, hardware, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure
- Develop and manage the IT Infrastructure department budget, allocating resources effectively to meet business needs
- Implement and maintain security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard data and systems and ensure security + compliance
- Analize, develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss
- Lead IT Projects such as infrastructure upgrades, migrations and system implementation
- Evaluate + manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Provide with your Team technical support for IT issues and escalations
- Monitor systems performance and identify areas for improvements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT operations
- Promote a positive and productive work environment within the IT department
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
