The IT Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to business located in Poland. IT Coordinator will work closely with regional business leaders, IT project managers and IT function managers to plan, implement and support IT services. She/he will need to form excellent working relationships with the business, manage and oversee IT projects, direct IT support activities, and look after IT staff. As part of the IT team you will be in charge of:

Comprehensive management of the financial department in the company by managing the works of the team (2 employees)
Preparation of reliable financial statements from the company’s operation under the applicable procedures
Supporting the Management Board and particular divisions within the scope of preparing different types of financial and business analyses (preparing and presenting business recommendations)
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, operational and business plans of the company
Monthly preparation of the profit and loss account, balance sheet, month closing and summary of costs
Organization of internal book-keeping according to Polish law requirements and in compliance with the mother company accounting principles and internal governance conduct
Preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statement according to IFRS for the external auditors
Assistance and closing the obligatory annual external audit, internal financial and quality audits planned and ad-hoc
Preparation of tax classification for CIT, VAT and withholding tax, coordination and influence on the organizational processes to acquire appropriate documentation relevant for proper tax declarations, assistance in tax inspections
Preparing current and periodical analyses for the purposes of particular business units of the Company
Being responsible for securing financial continuity of the company by creating financial forecasts, cash flow and working capital analysis as well as a comprehensive loan procedure with the main headquarters of the necessary extent
Current monitoring of receivables, payments company’s indebtedness and preparing monthly reports
Preparing and analyzing the budget in terms of revenues, expenses, remuneration, invoices and other financial documents, and it recommends changes in the level of it. It settles and analyses deviations from the budget from time to time (monthly, quarterly, annually) presenting the improvement conclusions
Performing financial estimation of the projects and investment proposals as well as estimation of financial results of finished projects
Being responsible for current cooperation between the controlling departments in the headquarters of the company, external auditors, banks, lawyers
Being responsible for current management of the SAP system, the “finances” part from the point of view of their correctness, reliability and data timeliness of data
Management and organization of subordinated team’s striving to achieve the best effectiveness of work, motivation of subordinated employees and ensuring the correctness and timeliness of reporting
