Utilizes both proactive outbound calling and quick response to inquiries in order to build a solid pipeline and exceed annual quota. Leverages proven consultative sales methodologies to analyse the prospect’s businesses and address their changing automation needs
• Maintain and submit updated forecast in CRM
• Manage whole sales process from qualification to closing
• Manage any customer satisfaction in collaboration with the CSM (Customer satisfaction manager) team
• Up- and x-sell existing accounts, pro-actively identify new sales opportunities
• Analyse the existing customer base on the basis of information available in CRM/SCN to segment different target groups
• Collaboration with pre-sales/sales engineering and solution executives on RfPs or opportunities regarding integrated sustainability (combination of Product and Corporate Sustainability)
• Ensure that you are up-to-date on latest functionality available in Product Sustainability software and content products (former GaBi offering)

Recruitment support: scheduling interviews with candidates, sending out technical assignments, updating monthly recruitment lists, and supporting job fairs and other recruitment related events in the company;
HR Administration support: personal files administration for Poland based Employees, preparation and distribution of global org chart for the whole organization, administration of SharePoint drive, preparation of HR reports on a monthly and an ad-hoc basis;
HR Personal System update: updating on a regular basis Employee's accounts in internal HR Personal System;
Payroll support: supporting monthly payroll process
Recruitment Process: development of our recruiting and takeover of full-cycle recruiting for our strategic core areas with main focus on senior IT roles in Poland;
Definition of requirements, writing of job advertisements, placement on suitable channels, selection of suitable recruiting tools, pre-selection of candidates, support of candidates after the interview during contract discussions
Optimization of the design and content of our job advertisements
Employer Branding: create and execute the full employer branding strategy for the company with the strong focus on our selling points, incl. support of our social media channels and employer rating sites for recruiting, planning and running meet-ups and other companies events;
Definition and continuous implementation of measures to improve our candidate experience as well as continuous and proactive applicant correspondence
Identification of best practices in recruiting and discussion of suitable measures for their implementation
