Problem solving of claims issues for union and management benefit plans
Understanding & interpretation of benefit contracts
Benefit renewal, to include vendor contract negotiations & open enrollment
Maintain defined benefit pension plans for union employees
Knowledge of employment law and payroll handling
Benefits bill reconciliation and trouble-shooting (vendors and employees)Maintain Weekly HR Calendar
Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
Provide employee statistics for management and government reporting
Maintain documentation/files of benefits plan participation, such as, insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions, new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
Assist the CEO with employee relations, grievances, attendance, discipline, terminations, training and staff development
Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill job openings
Develop and lead the implementation of HR programs, policies including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, total rewards, colleague engagement, leadership assessments and succession planning
Maintain working relationship with Union officials and adhere to terms of labor contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions
Responsible for repairing the problematic products: diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electronic and optical problems, repairing product defects and reaching quality standards,
Respond to customer service requests and problems in a timely manner,
Upgrade products according to customer or company internal requirements,
Record each maintenance of the system for analysis and report to the direct supervisor,
Maintain the hygienic standards of venues, desks, and public areas up to 5S standards,
Teamwork and obey work assignments (short-term business trips may be required
Warehouse management: material management, including entry and exit management and storage management; material application (physical and via system), including material consumption and material application; ensure that the site is clean and tidy
Maintenance product management: equipment receipt, packaging and delivery, including the reception and delivery of maintenance products, the reception and delivery of spare parts, etc
Accounting management: expense verification, payment submission, and ledger management
Customer management: good communication with customers
Coordination management: coordination between headquarters, regions and customers

Supports the Sales Team for Retailers' ATL / BTL marketing activities' execution
Coordinates with agency to implement media publication and influencers reviews
