Assist with Transfer Pricing/BEPS compliance in EMEA
Assist in the coordination and implementation of direct tax and Transfer Pricing/BEPS projects
Assist in providing expert guidance to the business on direct tax and transfer pricing implications of various transactions to minimize risk and ensure compliance
Monitor, interpret and understand the compliance requirements of transfer pricing/BEPS legislation and reporting changes as applicable
Assist with design and execution of a regional centralized transfer pricing strategy and operating model
Support coordination of overall direct tax audit strategy and of interactions with local finance contacts/Tax Authorities
Understand and support implementation of new tools and systems to improve tax and transfer pricing compliance processes
Be the partner for business, the local central country finance organization, other departments to help resolve issues promptly and ensure that the relevant parties are informed
Support creation a continuous improvement mindset within the team and assist the team in implementing improvements
Participate as direct tax/transfer pricing SME in the projects related to implementation and introduction of programs, such as SAP S4 HANA, as well as other related projects
Ensure there is adequate documentation of tax process maps, tax procedures and roles & responsibilities are in place
