Managing and executing new product development with DTR key account partners to grow revenue according to annual targets

Keep key accounts apprised of trends in licensing, fashion, marketing, social media, and industry trends from around the world by keeping updates through research, trade show attendances and networking
Preparing and distributing across buyers and designers’ trends and inspiration design presentations
Working on daily bases with key account designer and buyers together with Elc Brands PD team on product development, making sure product approvals are going smoothly
Developing sales and marketing plans that will help achieve key account partners performance targets with cooperation with Elc Brands marketing and retail manager

Handling the approval process of the products developed by the licensees, providing comments on each step of the approval process starting from conceptual design to final product and managing the timeline demands of each project
Applying creativity, independent thinking and problem solving methods, along with the knowledge of ELC licensors policies and procedures, and licensees’ procesesses and limitations to come up with solutions/proposals to the benefit of both parties
Maintaining a day-to-day relationship with all assigned licensees to ensure Brand Assurance procedural understanding and a smooth approval process of product lines
Actively participating in workshops, conferences and BA sessions organised by licensors
Participating in regular staff meetings and interacting directly with other internal departments (Marketing, Sales and Legal), cooperating with other ELC offices in Eastern Europe

Work with annual retail and marketing budget, planning ahead and delivering best in class retail activations
Driving and coordinating in-store activations for licensees branded products from variety of suppliers, making sure activations are focused on property and with main objective to support sales
Negotiate Direct To Retail licensing deals with strategic retail partners
Work with internal teams (Category Managers, Marketing, Creative Franchise, Legal, Finance, Press, Media etc.) to be sure retail programs are trend right and elevate the overall brand equity
Keep team apprised of trends in retail, marketing, social media, fashion and culture
Stay current on competitive programs in the marketplace
Being involved in strategic account planning as well as having operational responsibilities across all levels of the business
