Obowiązki:
Supports the Sales General Manager and Territory CFO as the Finance Controller of the PCSD business
Works as finance partner of the general manager in business strategy setting,
Primary finance owner of the Income & Expense statement, act as focal in the closing , forecast/budgeting process for the respective territories
Provides financial bridge analysis during the closing vs Forecast/Budget
Maintains financial and compliance control of backend rebate payments in SDMS system and ensures control of budget. Works with GTN COE team to provide market specific budgets and guidance
Prepares finance deck for the Quarterly business reviews, Monthly POR reviews and Weekly BMS calls
Maintains loading of weekly and monthly financial forecasts, prepares countermeasure analysis on Market financials
Reviews and approves quarterly business cases and checks alignment to Finance KPIs
Interlocks with credit team to ensure smooth order release process, facilitates discussions with finance departments of business partners on providing collaterals, payment plans, acts as the point of escalation for credit related issues
Takes responsibility for SEE finance processes to be in line with corporate finance/accounting and business conduct guidelines
Responds to adhoc reporting and analysis requests from CFO, EMEA or Market teams
Proactively seeks improvements in financial processes, interlocks with relevant teams to facilitate changes and improvements
Actively manages Yearly Budget Cycle from a market perspective
You will report to CFO of CSEE region. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings

The management and execution of Lenovo smartphone business in Poland to achieve the set targets and KPIs and the design and implementation of demand generation activities for Lenovo in regard to specific consumer partners;
Develop new business relationships with Retailers, e-Tailers and Mass Merchandisers to generate a new stream of revenues based on region strategy;
Drive all activities related to retail, e-Tall, distributor from partner selection, joint business planning, store roll-out, sales & marketing planning, training and merchandising;
Manage all partner development activities through effective planning in order to enable them to sell Lenovo products through targeted training and development;
Plan and execute constant customer visits at HQ, region and store level and work with channel sales personnel to identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies and tactics to drive Lenovo adoption;
Develop and execute brand retail strategies covering in-store retail branding, point of sale material, live devices, product training etc;
End-to-end sales management: Sell In, Sell Through and Sell Out;
End-to-end inventory management and forecasting;
Responsible for driving cross-functional alignment of the various functions including Marketing, Business Operations, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Local territory segment teams for effective execution of the overall Mobile strategy;
Constantly report on a weekly basis and with a structured analysis of the trend of the Mobile Market, key facts and main issues from customers, and main actions from Competition;
Other relevant activities/projects management may be required
