Zapobieganie nadużyciom finansowym - fraudom
Profesjonalne i terminowe wywiązywanie się ze swoich obowiązków
Rozwijanie i wspieranie efektywności procesu windykacyjnego na rynku polskim poprzez odpowiadanie za bezpośrednią komunikację z dłużnikami i zewnętrznymi partnerami windykacyjnymi
