Preparing Presentations: Create engaging and informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all materials reflect our company’s standards and branding
Online Research and Data Collection: Conduct comprehensive online research to gather data relevant to our leasing and asset management activities. Analyze and organize data to support decision-making processes
Organizing Events and Client Meetings: Coordinate the logistics of events and client meetings, including venue selection, catering, and technical setup, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants

Staying updated with the market situation and to run negotiation processes that will lead to securing the right number of plots to be purchased,
Involved in the development phase togheher with other team members (conceptual design, preliminary and final design phase),
Acts as a member of the project team, with a special focus on the market, design, and revenues in order to achieve the timely delivery and profitable sales of the project within the beside mentioned constraints,
Responsible for the process, which defines the starting points for the valuation of the (rental/sale) income out of projects and the realization of this income,
Together with the Project Manager formulates the spatial, functional, and architectural concept, and the Program of Requirements of projects within the context of marketability,
feasibility, political environment, zoning/town/country planning, and financial starting points,

The Technical Audit Consultant works as a technical advisor for investors (buyers) and sellers,
This role is included in the MEP Department and will be part of a project-based team whose basic composition will be experts covering multiple fields (structural, mechanical, plumbing, etc.),
The work consists in the first stage of reviewing the documentation, carrying out a technical audit of the building and property on which it is located in terms of defects and compliance with the requirements of the construction law, technical conditions and fire protection requirements, preparation of a report that defines the key risks together with an indication of the legal basis and estimating the costs of removing these defects or non-conformities,
The second stage is supporting the client in the business decision. It is crucial to understand that the report is not only a statement of the technical and legal condition of a building but is the basis for business decisions to buy a property or not,
Adopting the customer's perspective and actually supporting them at every stage of the transaction, indicating the best way to mitigate risks, and then monitor the defect removal process
