Obowiązki:
Data Management
Actively stay abreast of developing business objectives, targets and retail environment in order to better prioritize and advise all activities
Integrate key business performance data to facilitate decision making for key partners and key forum (for example, Orders & Shipments vs target, POS projections vs target, Retail Inventory monitoring vs Ideal, including supporting the planning team capturing key trends.)
Develop / promote formats and templates to aid integration of data to the business at all levels aligned with Regionally agreed guidelines
Optimize POS Management and expanse coverage
Supervise and support collection of data locally not captured systematically (Distribution, Media, Promotional plans.)
Ensure customer-supplied ePoS data is received, cleansed and uploaded in a timely and accurate manner. Validate periodically, and where vital adjust historical data
Support ad-hoc requests from key decision makers (as resource allows), using regionally approved data sources and sharing output with regional BI team
Collaborate with BI team members to ensure continuous improvement, consistency & adherence to strategy
Maintain knowledge of current information subject areas, processes & technologies

As EMEA Agent Team Coordinator you will be responsible for leading retail marketing executions across all agent markets (Nordics, Benelux, CEE, Turkey, Greece) with the objective to strengthen the Hasbro brands market position, for sharing the updates to all the agents and providing a general internal support in areas of finance, contracts and marketing
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead agent retail marketing executions across agent markets (Nordics, Benelux, CEE, Turkey, Greece, Israel) by working closely with the agents and managing their retail budgets
2. Lead agent communication with band/content updates
3. Support finance processes of forecasting and collecting on all agent markets
4. Support in accelerating approval processes considerably for complex licensing deals
5. Organize trainings and presentations for agents/licensees
6. Provide general administrative support as needed, including, updating and maintaining internal and external reports, contact lists, brand decks, etc
