- What will you Do:
- - We are scaling up. We hire talents. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees by providing them with the required access. They will want to discuss with you the best equipment for the job
- - We work with people from all over the world. You will manage the company’s assets/equipment and providing/getting it to/from the employees. Sometimes you will have to quickly figure out how to send equipment to Nigeria!
- - The real adventure begins now: supporting Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production; coordinating application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade, Disaster Recovery exercise, etc; analyzing and resolving application issues in production - that's how you learn the most
- - You will also get a chance to put your hands on the most known cloud providers like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
- - Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and improving top notch technologies that we have already implemented: ELK, TICK, Terraform, Ansible to name a few!
- - If you want more like performing troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and managing defect fixes, and enhancements of the infrastructure - we would be happy to invite you to such projects
- - Working with Team Lead (Sr. Staff level) to design and implement process improvement in our Production Services and Operations - can be challenging but at the same time rewarding - autonomy, ownership and making changes - we believe it's the perfect combination!
- - Unfortunately, sometimes there are also goodbyes - in this case, you will take care of the offboarding employees by removing their access to the company’s systems. By the way, you will learn a bit about ISO 27001 requirements
