As our Business Operations Specialist, you will support the global Operational Oversight Office at EcoVadis. The Operational Oversight Office includes representatives from various business units including, for example, Finance and Customer Success, that monitors operational performance on a weekly basis and drives changes to maximize achievements and improve productivity. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the delivery of a monthly operational report for the company’s senior executives, including KPIs on global operational performance and capacity planning,
Preparing and support weekly meetings with decision makers from the finance, customer engagement and delivery teams,
Managing activity forecasting and teams Capacity/Staffing models to ensure that the teams are staffed appropriately,
Supporting the teams’ yearly budget definition in accordance with the capacity model,
Using statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, process mining or other methods to analyze information and provide data driven recommendations to improve performance over time,
Working on team performance analysis to improve efficiency, work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to deploy and optimize production monitoring/reporting tools,
Bringing your thinking, engagement, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future
Coordinating the preparation and managing monthly and quarterly reports for the Management Board and Executive Committee regarding revenue, budget follow-up, cash flow forecast, billings / sales and operations

Together with Service Desk Lead working on designing, analysing and developing workflows; building custom applications; developing mechanisms to automate manual processes
Provide assistance and advice in discussions regarding JIRA, especially as new implications arise in the environment with internal users accessing the current and new instance and learn to be the Subject Matter Expert
Creating and maintaining technical and/or user facing documentation for training
Partnering with various team leaders and project leads to implement consistent process and usage of JIRA
Develop strong understanding of tools integrated with JIRA (AAD, TFS, Confluence, Google Workspace...)
Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure roles, profiles, permissions, and provisioning are streamlined and built for scale
Assist the Service Desk Lead in his daily operational tasks
Helping to strengthen use and adoption of Jira tools (JSM and confluence among others) following best practises and scalable strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert on Jira to field questions and provide hands-on support to different teams as they move forward with adoption of Jira tools and practises
Develop effective dashboards and reporting to support leadership and project teams
Sharing best practices to help guide teams to technical excellence in using Jira and related technologies
Animate workshops related to Service management and JIRA tools as may be required or assisting the Service Desk Lead in doing so
Identify and build relationships with the key stakeholders and teams to foster collaboration in working to solutions
Help with defining the vision and strategy of JIRA tools within the organisation
Conduct internet-research to qualify and validate companies' registered information such as legal entity, their business activity and scope of operations
Input such information of companies of various sizes, industries and global locations, into EcoVadis suppliers’ database using Country company registers and online databases
Respond to queries from clients via email and contact internal and external stakeholders to get additional information when required
Comply with set methodology, rules and guidelines for the Qualification process

As a Junior HR Generalist you will support the HR team in the day-to- day operation related with personnel administration, payroll reporting and onboarding process for our offices in Poland
Support in preparation reporting for payroll (close collaboration with external payroll providers in relevant locations)
