Obowiązki:
You deliver an important contribution to the implementation of the commercial strategy. You are coached by the Sales manager but you also work to a large extent independently within the framework of the regional plan
You execute the local account plan and stimulate growth at our local accounts through your personal visit where you train and inspire our customers so that you have the order in your pocket
You ensure optimum execution of our in-store experience and you roll up your sleeves
You further professionalize and intensify your relationships with customers. You understand what is going on at baby specialized stores
You use Salesforce for contract management, store visits and photo’s
Responsible for achieving sales and contributing to the KPIs for the EU Marketplaces channels
Support the daily marketplace operations like checking and maintaining the KPI’s, Pricing & Stock checks, answer customer questions, dealing with return requests and contacting other teams to solve urgent issues
Drive sales by creating new product to sell on one of the platforms and looking for opportunities to join promotions
Analyze, monitor and reporting on KPI’s and get energy from the continuous optimization our Marketplace performance
Ensuring that local marketing activities are carried out in line with international Dorel Juvenile Europe brand strategies
Manage a local marketing budget (P&L)
Ensuring that international campaigns, PR, and Communication are managed in such a way as to ensure achievement of commercial targets
Contributes to and ensures a flow of (continual) market information and needs from the sales organizations, retailers, consumers and other (international) ‘stakeholders’
Monitors the execution of policy in the areas of external relations, media, marketing, PR and customer communication
Be the marketing partner to local Sales team
adapt and implement the international digital master program to the needs and consumer behavior of the Polish market
manage brand websites, social media channels (Facebook, YouTube) manage content creation & activation (based on int'l provided content) of cross-channel digital campaigns
validate and develop local eCRM program further
work closely with the International HQ marketing team to develop and improve the DJE interactive activities and strategy
