Obowiązki:
As a Senior Lawyer in Accolade Legal Team you will be managing workflow of junior members of the team and will be reporting directly to Director responsible for Legal & Banking operations in Poland
Along with respective Director you will be responsible for smooth and efficient legal operations in Poland, focused mostly on real estate, commercial and corporate law, ensuring compliance with local laws, and aligning with communicated business objectives
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with property ownership, development, and operations of Accolade
- Encompassing environmental, contractual, and regulatory concerns
- Developing internal procedures to ensure the structured workflow of the legal team, facilitating efficiency and effectiveness in their operations
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, distributing documents among team members
Coordinating the documents flow: scanning, copying and logging documents, obtaining signatures, keeping track of documents
Taking care of the uninterrupted flow of information between the Polish branch and Accolade headquarters in Prague, with regards to the administrative duties
Organizing internal and external meetings: contacting third parties, managing MS Office Calendar and conference rooms, providing catering and supplementary as requested
Arranging business trips: accommodation, travel (flights, taxis, etc.)
Taking care of the smooth functioning of the office: supervising the stock of food, office and equipment supplies, placing orders, maintaining office spaces clean and tidy Welcoming guests, taking care of creating a professional and friendly image of the company

Special Projects Leading- develop and coordinate Accolade Industrial Art program, including murals, exhibitions, sculptures, and other activities

Communication - Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments, stakeholders at all levels, and across all countries of operation. Provide guidance, influence, and execute marketing projects. Understanding of data and numbers, you can evaluate and interpret them

long-term investment planning in line with company strategy
