Obowiązki:
Assist on daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions, forecasting cash flows, and ensuring the availability of funds for operational needs
Process, support and execute a variety of treasury transactions, such as payments, wire transfers, guarantees, LOC and any other financial or cash related transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and manage documentation related to treasury operations, including agreements, contracts, and compliance records, ensuring they are organized and readily accessible
Collaborate with banking partners to address routine operational issues and inquiries, while maintaining effective communication channels
Execute accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) factoring, supply chain finance (SCF) programs, and discretionary factoring where applicable. Ensure reporting for the programs is reliable
Execute foreign exchange (FX) spot trades, FX hedges, maintenance of FX rates in systems and FX platforms administration
Execute interest rate, natural gas and any other financial hedge needed to manage financial risk. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in all treasury transactions and activities
Support execution of I/co transactions, including monthly statements or any related month end process, and interest payment coordination
Provide support in optimizing cash deployment and contribute insights as needed to the design and adjustment of the cash pool and liquidity structure
Collaborate on treasury projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing controls, and supporting strategic objectives
You will be responsible for partnering with our global and regional Sales & Marketing teams to gain insight and knowledge into the business, as well as the processes that are required to support the customer experience process and systems. In addition, you will leverage that knowledge and experience to build new processes and technology solutions based on the strategic needs of the business
You will act as subject matter expert for the CRM- C4C platform and other sales & marketing tools providing support and guidance to commercial users in the business

• The enterprise cybersecurity is the foundation for all enterprise processes including activities in information systems, manufacturing and engineering operations. It is absolutely critical to the enterprise to offer the highest levels of security of information, data, and infrastructure;
• This position also needs to foster a close working relationship with R&D, engineering, and international groups to achieve homogenous and safe network infrastructure designs that are secure, manageable, predictable, scalable, and robust;
• This position is challenged to keep secure network services as it relates to the infrastructure, conforming to policies and procedures;
Communicate with suppliers and services providers regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships
Participate in supplier selection activities. Utilize the tools and processes available to classify suppliers into the categories defined by O-I’s Procurement and Supplier Quality/Development Programs
Participate in supplier and equipment Evaluation and Qualification Processes
Identify and understand strategies for developing supplier performance, relationships, partnerships and alliances
Review SRM/MSA agreements. Review and provide input for developing terms and conditions that govern supplier quality and performance to ensure engineering, supplier development and quality considerations are addressed
Contact suppliers and services providers and liaise between PMO, engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing personnel and suppliers to ensure required materials for equipment FAT/Qualifications at the suppliers and O-I plants
Define, implement, and monitor supplier performance metrics and analyze data by applying common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems (e.g. Supplier Performance Development Process, Problem Solving Tools, Scorecard) to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues (including cost recoveries) and facilitate continuous improvement
Plan, Schedule, Conduct and Interpret supplier manufacturing capability assessments and quality management audits on a regular basis to ensure supplies remain in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and regulatory standards and RC/CA verifications. Review and track progress of action plans to close gaps
Maintain a supplier database that includes performance status and quality management results in the database for in-house access by company key stakeholders and manufacturing management personnel
Support flawless launch of New Product Development (NPD) and Project activities within the regions and plant
Function as liaison between supply management/procurement, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support including VA/VE required activities for cost and performance improvements opportunities
Adhere to Problem Resolution Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for Problem Cases issued via Problem Solving System
Participate in all applicable teams (e.g. TAT, CAT, PAT, TSC, GMF, PLCC etc.)
Maintain successful relationships with supply (procurement), engineering, quality manufacturing, and regulatory departments
Reviews and consolidates multiple discipline scope of work and costing documentation,
Creates and assures proper configuration of project information repositories,
Generates required financial documentation as required (major project review forms) for project manager and stakeholder reviews,
Validates and ensures task completion with necessary followups to project tollgate processes and checklists in preparation for periodic reviews and decision points,
Oversight and project procurement plan followup along with process area project managers/leaders,
Develop the cost control chart along with project managers for all major projects, and perform cost control analysis,
Tracks and updates project schedule as required in Microsoft online or other format as required,
Develops and issue meeting minutes and project status reports, on occasion facilitates team meetings on behalf of project manager,
Ensures and follows up to assure proper closeout of completed projects,
Travel to the job site, if necessary, based on project requirements,
