Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the candidate selection process
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions, ensure necessary paperwork is completed, and facilitate integration into the company culture
Employee Development: Identify employee development needs and opportunities. Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans, recommend training programs, and provide ongoing support for career growth
Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between management and employees. Provide guidance and resolution on employee-related concerns, ensuring a harmonious work environment
Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather insights from departing employees. Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in retention and engagement strategies

Designing high quality marketing art assets across various media
Working closely with the Creative Director and creative team
The ability to conceptualize and communicate concepts from start to finish
Creating multiple brand guides and taking care of the studio’s visual identity
