Obowiązki:
Why is the job exciting? As a Group HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:
• Local HR support
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers based in Poland (45+), covering all aspects of HR, incl. recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, annual performance reviews, goal setting, trainings and others
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment in cooperation with business leaders
• Participate in HR admin & operations: cooperation with payroll provider; contracts, annexes, initial input for payroll, benefits, vacation, fire & safety, pension plan, local regulations
• Cooperate with local controlling & financial reporting team in regards to invoicing for group HR function costs, and reporting
Group-level HR support
• Be part of Group HR organization (HR team of around 50+), cooperate with team of experienced HR Managers across the region
• Participate in international HR projects and initiatives across various countries
• Implement and monitor HR processes and policies in ASEE Group
• Provide high-quality HR reporting for senior management, monitor KPIs
• Become a super-user of group HCM system Cornerstone
• Lead annual HR budgeting process across the group, monitor HR forecasts and budgets in the group financial system
• Manage relationships with vendors of group level HR tools
Develop your knowledge and experience within a group controlling function
Analyse data for management reporting purposes, including data quality validation, data completeness validation, business analyses, deviations from the budget, etc
Provide financial analysis mainly for the Senior Management of the Group
Prepare presentations for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and for the meetings with investors
Contribute to the Group level development of management reporting system and tools for actuals, forecast and budgets using CCH Tagetik and Excel
Participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting process
Support preparation and reconsolidation of statutory financial statements
In around one year, you will become Tagetik Key User
Work as a key user of CPM system CCH Tagetik - manage system dimensions e.i. entities and access rights for users, maintaining processing and calculations
Act as 1st level support for Tagetik users, cooperate with external consultants
Create or develop forms and reports for reporting actual data and forecasting using CCH Tagetik
Analyze data for reporting purposes – data quality and completeness validations, business analysis, deviations review
Provide financial analysis mainly for the Senior Management of the Group
Participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting process
Taxes & fiscal statements: Contribute to process of preparing transfer pricing documentation, withholding tax-related and other tax-related aspects. Cooperate with external tax advisors on special tax-related projects
Financial accounting & reporting: Support in invoicing, following the contract realization and other activities in order to ensure that business operations are fully supported. Participation in process of preparing quarterly financial statements of group entities, reviewing data, contributing to preparation of financial statements documents
Treasury support: Monitor accuracy and timeliness of payment transactions in order to ensure company polices are met. Provide timely and accurate cash related information with treasury in order to enable the most effective use of company cash
Legal compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with local laws, accounting laws and other applicable standards in order to safeguard company from potential incompatibility risks
Statutory reporting: Contribute to preparation of all statutory reporting
Additional projects: Contribute to internal and international projects in line with ASEE guidelines, to support the business needs and achievement of project goals
