We have a new opportunity in which full training will be provided, also with a large amount of REMOTE working
We are looking for somebody who is interested in becoming a new training coordinator with us who is personable, presentable and a willingness to learn and you'll be responsible for the following duties
· Manage Service Training administration CER, including CP4SVC Trainings and this aligned with Service Training Manager Europe
· Review and organize Service Training plans٫ design and develop training programs for MSA Teams, Partners end Users of CER
· Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets
· Coordinate, develop Annual Training plan CER, electronic and printed version, including Training Websites updates
· Manage Training Registrations by “Wufoo” web based Registration tool
· Close cooperation with External Training Partners and Training Locations
· Create - Finalize training orders via CRM including Certification process and billing
· Responsible for Purchasing of Training materials, samples, spare parts
· Supporting process related to accommodation of Participants
· Vacation, Absence back-up for other Team members
Lead the Operations specific aspects of the finance operating cycle (Monthly, quarterly): COS, OCOS, inventory, DPO and CAPEX
Support the International Operations Director in driving the savings initiatives (COS and OCOS), track performance and report results (Monthly, Quarterly)
Lead the budget process for Operations (COS, OCOS)
Lead Internal Reporting to MSA International and Corporate Stakeholders (Monthly, Quarterly)
Review material accounting estimates and ensure financial results are communicated to / understood by the Operations team (Monthly, Quarterly)
Provide Strategic Business Support to the Operations community (Ad-hoc projects, continuous improvement, HR strategic restructuring initiatives etc.)
Provide Strategic Business Support to the Service team
Provide support in M&A integration
