Be responsible for Human Resource management at Aurelis Consulting’s Warsaw office
Assist current employees with employment-related enquiries or requests
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Drive the new employee recruitment process by placing job ads, scheduling recruitment sessions, selecting candidates, organizing candidates’ interviews and tracking hiring decisions
Support the recruitment process by performing background checks and preparing employment contracts and related paperwork
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Coordinate and monitor employee training curriculum (training sessions)
Assist company management in performance management procedures
Support the CEO to effectively lead and manage all his companies by assisting with a broad range of tasks (administrative and personal)
50% of work time is an administrative & office job at Aurelis Consulting office: filing and scanning documents, company document management, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, managing travel and company expenses etc
50% of work time is assisting with personal matters and other companies’ assignments: managing and coordinating tasks from CEO to-do list such as handling real estate company questions, dealing with architects and construction crews, interfacing with government and institutions offices, ordering supplies, interacting with vendors, subcontractors to ensure a smooth continuation of work off all companies
Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities (both professional and private), following up appropriately
Perform analysis and calculations to support the CEO and management team on special projects or confidential decisions
Prioritize inquiries and requests and help to troubleshoot conflicts
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all management members
Support the CEO to effectively lead the company by assisting with a broad range of tasks: special projects, managing documents, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, etc
Provide full personal assistant support to the CEO by managing and coordinating a high degree of personal tasks
Assist the CEO by taking over entire tasks from his to-do-list
Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities (both professional and private), following up appropriately
