Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions that meet geo-diversification and surge hiring needs
Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies
Attend project calls and conduct intake meetings for every requirement, partnering with colleagues and influencing approach & direction
Deliver innovative sourcing solutions, generate diverse talent pools and interview shortlists
Promote social media content to help articulate our value proposition in each geography
Own the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond
Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing

The position is required to work with strict confidentiality, discretion and limited supervision, providing a high level of professional and confidential support to the office and office residents
The position includes the responsibilities of receptionist, and responsibilities for a range of related administrative tasks
Regular tasks include directing correspondence, visitors and calls; coordinating logistics of office events and appointments and managing office supplies and equipment as required. The position also holds responsibility for coordinating facilities service requests (maintenance) and interacting with other Boeing functions as well as various suppliers (telecommunications, cleaning company, etc.)
Other areas of responsibility include asset management and supporting the Business Support Manager ensuring that all office security procedures including health, fire and safety, first aid, greeting and registering visitors, etc. are being met in compliance with Boeing and in-country policies and procedures. Other areas of responsibility may evolve over time

Developing, testing, and deploying applications and frameworks
Collecting, loading, preparing, cleaning, and delivering huge datasets
Building, monitoring and maintaining pipelines
Optimizing ETL processes performances and the data delivery
Identifying ways of improving the data quality and efficiency
Maintaining the existing platforms
Aligning and collaborating with stakeholders, product owners and data architects
Supports requirements team lead in negotiating interfaces and requirements
Leads supplier/subcontract management team
Ensures application of best practices
Reviews statements of work, conducts estimates and manages risks
Translates contract requirements into work requirements, processes and tasks
Contacts suppliers and subcontractors to exchange technical data and to discuss project performance
Manages customer and supplier relationships. Participates in the development of fundamental approaches to projects and requirements for implementation. Leads development, maintenance, and unit tests for a software Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) by utilizing software development environments and programming languages in order to implement design and satisfy allocated requirements
