Obowiązki:
Administrative matters (correspondence management, contact with contractors and office suppliers, taking care of guests visiting the office, office shopping, taking care of the office)
Administration documents flow management
Sending and collecting correspondence
Support with the organization of international trade fairs
Supporting EB/HR and Payroll Manager with daily duties
Overseeing the full range of office work
Other interesting tasks, such as research for grants, tools, billing, etc
Managing internal benefits and maintain employee documentation
Developing employer branding strategy (in collaboration with EB/HR Manager)
Organizing Employer Branding events (bonding events for whole team or specific project team)
Taking care of the company's social and benefit offers and gadgets
Running the company’s internal newsletter, internal communication
Build a relationship with potential clients (CTOs, IT Directors, PMs, POs, etc.) through different channels of digital communication (email, LinkedIn, etc., video calls)
Maintenance and extend our contact database (develop a creative outbound strategy)
Take active participation and independence in lead-generation activities (measure and analyze the success of your campaigns)
Acquire potential customers and bring them through the sales cycle
Explore and implement new ways to attract potential customers and business partners
Constantly nurture prospects and invent ideas for growing stronger relationships with them
Prepare contracts and offers for potential clients based on our business vision, technical standards and human relations skills
Present client’s requirements to a technical team and provide first-line tech information to prospects
Develop sales strategies and work on achieving the KPI
Conscientiously manage qualified leads database in the CRM due to the predefined process
An active user of social portals (social selling, personal branding)
Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities
Learn about tech strategies, and challenges and show the business side of our solutions that would fit their needs, based on your market understanding
Participate at international trade fairs (outbound research before the event, establishing business relations before the event and on-site, warm-up contacts after the event)
Managing IT projects (web and mobile) for various industries
Conducting tech teams (leading the meetings, control over the progress of development work for each milestone, taking care of the realization of main project arrangements, and backlog management)
Acquiring and extending a deep and complex knowledge of the product Discovery Phase and involvement in improving its quality and streamlining the workshops process
Running the projects in referring to agile methodology
Being the first point of contact with the client (mostly foreign ones)
Supporting with the preparation of the project's specifications, epic, stories and estimates
Streamlining of existing project management processes
