Obowiązki:
- Create and stabilize the recruitment and interviewing process, introducing standards, measurements, metrics, and reporting solutions
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process activities, including researching, direct sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
- Creating, editing, and posting ads on external portals
- Conducting telephone interviews, online and face-to-face meetings with Candidates
