Create and stabilize the recruitment and interviewing process, introducing standards, measurements, metrics, and reporting solutions
Managing full-cycle recruitment process activities, including researching, direct sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
Creating, editing, and posting ads on external portals
Conducting telephone interviews, online and face-to-face meetings with Candidates
Performing tasks related to employer branding by proposing, managing, and driving employer branding initiatives and activities (i.e., social media, organizing meetups, etc.)
Becoming a true Partner and Advisor for Managers in making decisions to hire the right people at the right time
Help in increasing specialists engagement,
Provide support to specialists in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
