- ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a proactive contributor that will be responsible for his/her own tasks and projects, but who will also maintain an open communication with other creative team members to enhance the flow of information. This position requires you to be an active part of the workplace making sure that you have a positive working relationship with coworkers. Being a contributor allows you to experience autonomy which requires self-management, working on multiple projects at one time without much supervision and ability to pivot to contingency plans
- The platform is aimed at the mainstream of users, which means that it is necessary to create content about innovation that is understandable and accessible to everyone. It is important to skillfully navigate a wide spectrum of content - the portal also provides materials for experienced professionals
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, outline, and write content that is technically accurate
- Participate as a contributor/section leader for ongoing proposals
- Claim article topics from a large spectrum of assignments
- Write content on a quick turnaround
- Coordinate with the team to illustrate articles
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Following the guidelines of our editorial strategy and publishing standards to uphold quality of content
