● Implement mainly QAD ERP Financial modules but also other QAD solutions related to Finance
● Work in a global consulting team delivering professional services to global clients
● Provide services, remotely mainly, though limited traveling can be required especially during certain critical implementation project phases (ex: go-live support)
● Perform a range of activities required to enable the client to successfully implement and utilize QAD applications
● Determine detailed activities on a project by project basis. Tasks may include system configuration, training, business process design, testing, gathering requirements for extensions and others as required
● Frequent and regular communication with clients. Interact with clients and is adept at establishing solid working relationships at several levels

Develop and direct the creation of sales and channel training/ education for QAD products and offerings that are comprehensive to our positioning and corporate objectives
Work closely with the regional sales organization to position solutions and services as part of the sales cycle with prospective and existing clients. Activities include presentations of QAD services capabilities and specific services solutions to clients, workshops and discovery sessions to determine client requirements, development and presentation of proposals to clients and negotiation of terms and conditions
Be responsible for proposals and Statement of Work including details like project scope, assumptions and estimate
Maintain relationships and communication with the client install base within the region
Ensure clients view QAD services as a trusted advisor and provider of choice

Knowledge of Software Development Process and Testing life cycle
Expertise in developing test automation suites for microservice based applications that use cloud technologies such as containers, kubernetes, kafka is highly desired
Self starter - managing workload in an agile environment
Identifying, reporting, retesting, and tracking product defects to closure. Interfacing with Quality Group members and other quality analysts, as needed

What you will do:
