- Organization of productive and high-quality work of the representative office: training for the employees, setting plans and tasks for team leaders, monitoring the implementation of sales plans and standards of work for the employees
- Setting up a new agency network in the region, analyzing and controlling sales planes
- Development of different forms of cooperation, establishing contacts, carrying out appropriate negotiations, concluding contracts
- Participation in the development of a marketing strategy, substantiation of assortment, and pricing policies
- Promotion of the Company's tourism product on the market
- Information support of regional touristic agencies
- Control over the prompt and high-quality solution of current issues of the agencies assigned to the representative office
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the office
- Making proposals for improvement of the work of the representative office in Poland
- Making decisions within the framework of your functional duties
