Assure safe conditions with Lock Out Tag Out Try Out according routines when having repairs or inspections of equipment

Performing routine and non-routine tests, measurements and analysis using the appropriate equipment (CMM, optical microscopes, tensile testers, technical cleanliness, etc.)
Performing Cross Section analysis

We are currently looking for a full time GL Accountant to support our fast growing Finance & Accounting team. As an Account you will be supporting our Polish team in daily accounting operations, cooperate with our colleagues in Sweden and facilitating ongoing accounting processes automation
Key responsibilities involve, but are not limited to:
Posting documents in ERP system (invoices, GL journals)
Verification of correctness business trips settlements
Creating and schedule a production plan in order to utilize the factory’s top capacity and revenue possibilities. Following up on performance, results and time schedules to adjust the production plan accordingly
Calculating and presenting the material demands for each week/month/year to the Purchasing unit
Working with internal teams to ensure all deadlines are met
Cooperating with operators, technicians, engineers, team leaders, the supply chain manager
Communication with Business development’s unit, to ensure we carry out the demands required
Coordinating with Northvolt Systems design team to align demands and results
Coordinating with Engineering team to develop line capacities of new designs and changes
Lead day-to-day quality control activities in production ensuring that production/product quality specifications are met

Operate various analytical equipment such as ICP, KF and acid-base titrators, BET, GC-MS, SEM, XRD, PSD, CT scanner, dimension measurement systems (2D and 3D), optical microscopes, tensile testers, etc
Improve control checks according to control plan

As Traffic Coordinator you will be responsible for time slot management in inbound and outbound deliveries and will support day-to-day transportation and other activities within Logistics team. You will be ensuring timely and good quality deliveries

Responsibilities:
Booking and allocation of time slots using Transport Management System (TMS)
Handling of all daily deviations
Monitor returnable packaging
Work in accordance with safety system guidelines
Keep proper and up-to-date records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations
Cooperate with Logistics Team to ensure all departmental KPI are met
Support day-to day transportation and other activities within logistics team
Participate in identifying possible improvements in logistics processes
Create purchase orders for purchase materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery target
Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
In cooperation with strategic purchasing monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
Work closely with NPI engineering to maintain detailed bill of materials including revision changes
Maintain sufficient inventory, scheduling and receiving shipments of raw materials as well as scheduling manufacturing. Physically receive and organize inventory shipments when required
Initiate supply orders in the system, confirm delivery with suppliers, monitor and track supplier performance to purchase order requirement
Link between Production Test and R&D Engineering for new product developments, design changes and product diagnostics (development products)
Develop test code base and custom applications in house to perform custom electrical functional checks and vision inspection systems
Creating electrical test procedures, implementing test fixtures and executing qualification and validation activities for battery systems electrical testing
Characterize and create vision inspection procedures, implement inspection systems
Characterize existing processes by defining critical process parameters, establish required process controls and process validation plans to fulfill targeted Machine and Process Capabilities (cm, cmk, cp, cpk, pp, ppk), First Pass Yield (FPY), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Scrap level
Responsible for diagnosing root causes and implementing preventive and corrective actions for equipment, process and product failures
Training of test and maintenance technicians
Lead and participate in electrical and vision test equipment and process design reviews with equipment suppliers to integrate state of the art battery systems electrical tests and vision inspection technologies into our manufacturing processes
