Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie konfiguracją i zawartością sklepu internetowego Cocolita.pl;
Stanowisko ulokowane jest w obrębie działu Digital Marketingu;
Zarządzanie zawartością sklepu internetowego w zakresie ustawienia promocji, banerów, landing pages, linkowań wewnętrznych, filtrowania i sortowania listingów;
Przygotowanie, w oparciu o dostępne materiały graficzne i tekstowe, wsadu na stronę sklepu internetowego (banery, grafiki, komunikaty, newslettery);
Konfiguracja, uruchamianie mechanizmów sklepu w celu realizacji zadań sprzedaży, marketing automation, programu lojalnościowego i procesu generowania leadów;
Nadzór nad przebiegiem promocji i poprawnością działania mechanizmów sklepu internetowego oraz procesu zakupu;
Opracowanie pomysłów i inicjatyw rozwoju sklepu internetowego w zakresie usprawnień dla realizacji marketingu i sprzedaży;
Formułowanie wniosków i rekomendacji marketingowych na podstawie prostej analizy ruchu i wyników sprzedaży obsługiwanych akcji;
Przeprowadzanie testów i badań użyteczności w celu rozwoju sklepu i podejmowanych działań

Supervision of conceptual work and responsibility for commissioned projects
Cooperation, coordination, supervision of the execution of agreements and settlements with subcontractors of projects
Controlling the quality and timeliness of work performed, acceptance of individual stages of projects
Support in acquiring new affiliate partners, maintenance and development of relationships with current partners
Coordination of the brand/shop image building in the network
Coordinating the work of the e-commerce team (building the team and then managing, organizing, planning the work)
Develop and implement appropriate financial and non-financial KPIs to monitor and drive financial performance and operations for existing and new products
Ensure timely and proper month closing for management reporting by checking completeness and allocation of financials to products and segments in collaboration with accounting office
Monthly analysis of plan vs. actual variances, explain its causes and recommending countermeasures in case of negative deviations
Work directly with management to develop the annual budget and mid-year forecasts to translate the strategy into financial plans
Preparation of quarterly reporting packages together with accounting office and Burda Media Polska finance team
Key contact person for accounting office, Burda Media Polska finance team and BurdaInternational finance team
Continuous development, evaluation, and improvement of existing controlling and planning processes, systems and tools
Preparation of ad hoc reports and analyses according to the needs of the company
Cash management including active working-capital management and preparation of reports for the group
