Obowiązki:
Support (via email/phone) our customers to overcome product challenges they face
Cooperate with all relevant departments to solve customer inquiries
Maintain an inventory of inquiries to easily categorize them
Conduct inquiries analysis to propose improvement in product support’s internal processes
Conduct research to identify new technologies that could improve the company’s products or services
Conduct market benchmarking to constantly improve the way NaviParking develops B2B products and product support processes
Collaborate with the Product Team to suggest any product improvements that may help customers to navigate through the NaviParking products portfolio
Analyze and report product malfunctions to the Product Team and/or take real action directly with the Engineering Team (for example, by testing products and their different scenarios or impersonating users)
Analyze product data and customer feedback to come up with suggestions and improvements
Ensuring efficient functioning of our office in Gliwice, as well as remote support for teams from Warsaw and Dubai
Supporting communication and developing relationships with our international partners
Administration and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including invoices
Being accountable for all the office life-cycle activities (ordering office supplies, controlling cleaning services quality, courier and post services, contacting the Landlord and third-party facilities services, etc)
Processing company purchases
Creating short content, such as memos, short manuals and employee-matters information both in Polish and English
Support in the onboarding of new employees
Organisation of company meetings (integration, dinners etc.)
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to the coworkers
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
Project Management: Oversee and support the successful execution of IT projects within the smart mobility and enterprise sector, ensuring they are delivered on time and are perfectly planned. (70%)
Operations Management: Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the smart mobility area. (10%)
Business Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations. (10%)
Account Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. (10%)
