• Ensures that the project master plan is developed, reviewed and distributed as appropriate including all applicable customer and Autoneum milestones. Makes sure that all necessary project activities have been defined
• Ensures that objectives, deliverables and targets are defined (customer & Autoneum) within the project and communicated to all cross-functional team members
• Ensures that tasks and deliverables are anticipated, planned and shared with the project team members Negotiates deadlines with the customer
Staffing:
• Defines the necessary resources to meet the targets and develops the program budget accordingly
• Sets individual targets to the cross-functional team member
• Decides the setting of the projects meetings
Execution:
• Ensures the fulfillment of all the customer specifications (milestones, quality, logistic, packaging, environment)
• Ensures that the program financial indicators are managed in line with the agreed project request
• Ensures that the project is managed in line with the APD requirement (Autoneum Program Deliverables)
• Represents Autoneum in customer project reviews
• Ensures that technical changes (ECRs) are executed by securing the program and by improving the profitability
• Ensures that any supplier sourcing decision is in line with the program budget
• Ensures that Autoneum systems are used for project documentation management and performs necessary release

Controlling & Reporting:
• Controls expenditures against the approved budget and belongs to the approval process
