Obowiązki:
As Marketing & Communication Assistant EMEA your mission will include:
- Responsible for the coordination of EMEA events organisation and participation (negotiation, booth organisation, select suppliers: research, compare offers, ensure quality delivery of the service, logistics, coordinate speakers, deliver reporting)
- Maintain marketing materials, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate; coordinate the creation of new materials and goodies if needed
- Support on communication (preparation of Monthly Newsletter, external emailing, social media posts creation)
- Support related to budget management (invoices approval process)
- Support local team in implementing their marketing plan
-Coordinate on the spot requests for data collection, provide project-specific administrative support (update documentations/ library, publish internal articles/documentation)
-Backup team members when needed
You will work closely with all Marketing and Communication team members
In respect with our Service Level Agreement and procedures, your main responsibilities will be to:
Support with administrative tasks: client creation in CRM, test centre and clients identification, account validation and set up
Invoicing and payments audits, key clients’ orders control and ensuring proper timely invoicing, forecast data collection, reports creation, cash collection and outstanding invoices process management
Serve as a link between sales, marketing and operational departments; ensure customer service responsibilities within a defined area in EMEA
Provide excellent customer care
Ensure on-going and timely communication is maintained with customers regarding ordering processes and responding enquiries
Provide customers with all information related to products and services
Refer back to the relevant Account Manager and communicate effectively to team members
Handle back-office administration, office correspondence and administrative tasks
Manage platforms and systems effectively
Conduct trainings for CBT (computer based testing) and product presentations
Report directly to the Regional Director on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
