- Support Strategic Pricing teams with advanced analytics on market, product, and customer trends. In addition to that, your responsibilities will be to:
- Support monthly pricing reporting and forecasting for all markets
- Maintain and update monthly rebates accruals for the replacement markets
- Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing KPIs, tools and processes, for all Gates markets, leveraging Tableau as a reporting tool

Performs individually finance and accounting process activities such as bookkeeping, reporting, analyses, testing - for Gates entities in EMEA countries
Produces timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financials in line with Gates timetable and in line with company standards (US GAAP)
Leading and participation in projects and shows initiative in order to implement improvements and standardization

Key responsibilities:
- You contribute to ensure overall consistency of internal control procedures within the region
- You participate in the optimization of existing processes and procedures in various business process cycles
- You handle ad-hoc compliance & internal control requests
- You assist the EMEA team on internal control structure enhancements, including supporting change management of underlying business processes, and compliance with the Gates Delegation of Authority, Mandate for Fundamental Financial Control, and other processes and policies
- You assist with internal audit projects and other ad hoc projects, including development of work programs, execution, documentation, and related deliverables, including regular follow up on implementation status of agreed action plans

SOX Compliance:

- You assist with coordination and status reporting of annual Balance Sheet Review program within the region
