Obowiązki:

For our team in Gdynia we are currently looking for a
Recruiter (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Carrying out the entire recruiting process for customer projects and support internal requirements in the areas offshore, marine operations, QHSE, engineering, etc. – from the requirements profile and applicant management to the conclusion of the contract
Active expansion of the candidate and customer network including daily maintenance and further development of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Writing job advertisements in close coordination with the involved departments and advertise them on proven and innovative channels
Coordinating, conducting, evaluating, and documenting interviews together with the departments and customers, partly online and partly in person
Creating reports and statistics, as well as concepts for the recruitment of new employees
Coordinating the cooperation with external personnel service providers
Proactively searching for suitable candidates, analyzing the applicant market, and developing a search strategy in a forward-looking manner
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our ATS
