Delivering the target sales revenue and profit with strong growth algorithm in upcoming years
Key focus on distribution expansion and promotional activities improving overall visibility of the Capri-Sun brand in Poland
Best-in-class account management with our retail partners in Modern Trade / Convenience to widen distribution of our brands and strengthening our connection with key customers at different disciplines
Tracking agreed key performance indicators with customers
Ensure strong control standard compliance through solid governance of all commercial activities and investments by annual commercial contract agreements with all customers, followed up in Capri Sun contract system (CAMS)
Develop and implement the annual plan to capture market opportunities in the various accounts by working closely with both internal & external stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance). This includes setting the strategic framework, securing promotional support plan, implementation of pricing, SKU portfolio optimization and revenue management activities
Ensure aligned commercial & marketing agenda through synchronized activities and budgets between the two functions through strong coordination with Trade Marketing / Marketing Manager PL
Ensure annual plan initiatives are implemented in accordance with customers time requirements. Be gatekeeper of critical timelines of customers ensuring readiness of all commercial activities / new projects / launches for trade windows / product registration)
Developing customer trade story with marketing team
Data analysis, identifying short term and long-term sales opportunities. Handle and analyse portfolio to ensure optimize mix in accordance with P&L, consumer trends and competition
Forecasting of aligned 24-month demand plan to identify volume risks & opportunities and potential mitigation plans. Ensure monthly reporting aiming to improve forecast accuracy
Contribute to the preparation for monthly & quarterly senior management meetings
Support our customers through management of incoming orders, preparation of documents
Coordinate with sales, production, planning and creation of shipping documents and invoices
Be the interface between Sales, Finance and Manufacturing Teams to ensure compliance with Customer appointments, taking into account internal processes and requirements
Arrange pickup by/ delivery to the Customer when order is ready
Liaise with clients, suppliers and service providers
Billing of reimbursements, complaints and returns processing
Maintaining Sales Forecast in the planning tool
Internal and external reporting on Customer Service topics
Support with the introduction of new products by i.a., sampling
Provide necessary secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Country manager
Prepare agendas, plan meetings, taking notes and minutes
Produce reports and presentations

Senior Financial Analyst (Central Eastern Europe, Nordics and South Europe)
The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to drive development of Capri Sun business with oversight of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
You will support region with 3 different distribution models, concentrating on organic business growth as well as expansion via new product launches and new distribution channels
You will measure and analyse the delivery of revenue growth targets through the execution of sales and marketing strategies, whilst ensuring proper ROI and control of pricing realization, marketing investment and overhead cost. The role will take part in control of cash delivery via credit limit management and payment terms optimization
In collaboration with the Group Accounting teams, you will assure accurate bookkeeping and timely IFRS reporting
The role will report to Senior Finance Manager based in Warsaw
Responsibilities:
Provide Business Partnership to regional Sales and Marketing teams
Drive profit margin expansion through optimization of product mix, pricing and go-to-market channels
Participate in Financial planning building Annual Plans, Monthly Rolling Forecasts in close collaboration with the local and regional Sales and Marketing teams and in line with the Group Controlling guidelines
Participate in month-end closing process, build accruals for trade discounts, marketing and overhead cost and track spending against it
Oversee Marketing investment and SG&A expenses vs. annual plans and forecasts
Analyse and review actual sell-in / sell-out results and variance drivers vs. plans / forecasts / prior year and provide suggestions to Management team on an improvement action
Analyse different business cases / ad hoc analysis - new product launches, new distribution channels, marketing strategies - and deliver multi-year financial business plans; also considering process and organizational questions
Report and analyse key Balance Sheet and Liquidity performance ratios, including full Cash flow analysis and forecasting, Working capital, Capex investments
Support development of financial system / processes / capabilities within the team
