Obowiązki:
- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and take a key role in the organization on strategic initiatives. He or She will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Build Strategy for ITCC Poland branch when implementing ITCC's worldwide campaign
- Manage Recruitment and Onboarding,
- Be the first point of contact for our employees and HR Partner for Project Managers / Team Leaders
- Manage performance review process
- Manage payroll and HR administration processes in cooperation with payroll partner (outsourcing)
- Run Polish office, cooperate with legal advisors and suppliers
- Build and lead HR/Administration team
