Jako Pracownik Operacyjny będziesz wizytówką TIER na ulicach. Dzięki Tobie hulajnogi będą dostępne dla klientów w odpowiednim miejscu i czasie. Praca będzie się odbywała według zmiennego systemu (zmiana dzienna i nocna) oraz w weekendy
zbieranie i ponowne rozmieszczanie hulajnóg elektrycznych w strategicznych punktach w mieście

Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
Increase utilization of e-scooters by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time
Ensure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter)
Proactively seek out potential Local Operators who can partner with TIER
Taking action to partner with a Local Operator, sign a partnership agreement and introduce them (Onboarding)
Managing our operating partners (contact person, helping to solve problems and achieve better results, enforcing the contract, etc.)
Support marketing efforts in subordinate cities and build strategic partnerships
Perform necessary activities in accordance with TIER standards and procedures to successfully launch new cities on the Long Tail system in partnership with the Local Operator
Support the receipt and return processes for scooter infrastructure and scooters with Operations Manager and M&R Manager at TIER warehouses for Long Tail cities
Increase utilization of e-scooters by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time
Analyze Incidents and fix technical and mechanical faults of e-scooters
Work out solutions for recurring issues and document all your quick fixes and profund results
Share findings with an international team of specialists, so that all cities benefit from your knowledge
Improve the processes and e-scooter hardware by making suggestions for more stable components and better workflows
Be part of a like-minded community of experts building the most powerful and efficient e-scooter operations in the market
