Further development of the regional marketing automation strategy, tactics and plan and related best practices in close exchange and cooperation with the central marketing team and other regions
Manage the regional and local lead funnel along the customer journey
Create and coordinate marketing automation concepts to support local campaigns, product launches, events and other promotional activities
Plan and coordinate the content creation for the marketing automation concepts
Design and implement local/regional marketing measures and take over central marketing campaigns and strategies for local adaption and rollouts
Maintenance and Clean-up of regional and local created HubSpot assets, e.g. forms and landingpages
Further development of HubSpot for use in the region together with the central Marketing Automation Manager and Product Owner
Regularly test, evaluate, report, and measure results of ongoing campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates
Promote the cooperation between marketing and sales in the region, especially at the lead handover point in the funnel
Advice the local marketing and sales colleagues on any marketing automation topics
Develop the omnichannel tracking possibilities together with the central marketing automation manager and performance marketing manager
Scout trends, and continuously develop marketing and the usage of marketing technology together with the team

Responsibility for the channels SEO, SEA, Display Advertising and Paid Social in the EMEA countries
Plan, implement, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation
Manage budget and profitability of the selected marketing measures
Create campaign analyses and reports, deriving trends in order to make well-founded and data-based decisions
