Obowiązki:
Guide, coach and advice mangers throughout the whole employee experience journey in line with company policy and People Strategy (employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, negotiations, labor law and disciplinary matters),
Participate in talent reviews and guide, coach and advice managers in succession planning and identifying potential,
Participate in development and implementation of recruitment processes on Group level,
Independently conduct requested recruitments on all levels and undertake activities to enhance employee experience and talent acquisition,
Provide day to day support for managers in operational HR matters, including all investigation and requirements for disciplinary matters, employee relations and other HR matters,
Support managers in consequence management and behavioral change to build a One company value based culture,
Maintain and implement HR policies and legislative changes as required as well as drive or take part of HR projects when needed,
Participate in development and implementation of company’s Employer Branding Strategy. Active participation when it comes to career events, internships and other collaboration,

Ensure that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information and are ready to be utilize at any time
Maintain a high level of data quality in operated systems
Calculation of wages for salaried employees, contractors and seafarers, verification of the accuracy of calculations and prepare payroll transfers in banking system
Act in line with provisions of Labor Code for shore employees and with Collective Bargaining Agreement for onboard employees
Register and update data in Social Insurance System and monthly calculation of social contribution
Prepare monthly declarations required by law for Social Security, Tax Office, Statistical Office
Responsible for keeping personal data and prepare HR related documents, according to law, co-workers’ request and existing agreements
Cooperate with the payroll vendors and administer benefits
Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification of existing processes, procedures and regulations
Troubleshoot complex issues related to payroll delivery
Provide on-demand and regular cycle reports and summaries for the internal needs of the Company, close cooperation with Finance Department
Build solid and sound relations with internal customers, communicate regarding policies and standards on assigned processes and keep everybody interested updated. Provide answers to employee’ queries on labor law/ CBA, social security and other related topics
Participate in assigned projects and initiatives
Identify opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience
