Will be responsible to promote our portfolio of product and services to existing and potential customers
Will visit customers regularly to collect and classify market information, and provide such information to related departments
Will be responsible to take care of proper sales workflow
Will be responsible to handle incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs)
After internal evaluation, will be responsible to conduct a series of discovery meetings and calls to evaluate the details of the request and the scope of the project to raise a proper quote
Will be also responsible to identify the decision-making unit, process and criteria, in order to prepare an adequate proposal and design
Will be responsible to prepare the economic and technical proposal providing different options to respond and fulfil customer´s needs
Will be also responsible to manage the negotiation process to clarify any question with the customer and follow up the process to close the deal with the buyer
Will be responsible to coordinate the process to build a prototype to make sure this is following customer´s expectations, in terms of timing and product-wise
Communicate regularly and effectively with the rest of the organization to ensure satisfied clients
Will be an eye on the market and on new business opportunities, prospecting customers through Internet research, personal contacts, and visits presenting the company and its products to increase the results and its market share
Eventually will participate in meetings with the areas of Production, Quality Control, Procurement and to discuss about new products, developments, market opportunities, launches of the headquarters, etc
Will participate in fairs, exhibitions and promotional events by remaining at the "stand to attend customers and visitors in general to present and divulge the company and its products
