- Develop strong sustainable growth plans both short-term and long-term for assigned Brands and portfolio in CEE markets
- Set clear measurable KPI’s and milestones for assigned Brands and portfolio in CEE markets, regularly monitor the performance and propose actions to achieve the plans (Processing ad hoc and regular reports (sales volume, market shares, ad/brand tracking’s, P&L checks – product costs, contribution margin, brand contribution), presentations and analyses, be in control of the assigned budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all marketing investments)
- Manage the execution of plans for assigned Brands and portfolio on local market with the best impact while lead and coordinate for CEE region to drive efficiency and synergies in CEE markets
- Demonstrate clear ownership of being the key driver of the brand in CEE - understanding brand development and its key factors, competitive environment, all available data, translate them into decisions/recommendations strategically sound
- Define short- and long-term strategies, translate them into plans, and execute plans on time and with excellence
- Lead a long term planning of innovation pipeline from A to Z for assigned Brands and portfolio in CEE markets while having close interface with key stakeholders (R&D, PEP, design, packaging, etc.) and local market management
- Define measurable KPI’s and milestones for each key project and deliver on them
- Seek for and take advantage of all opportunities with right strategic fit to Müller business in CEE markets and effectively translate them into concepts that ignite the consumers
- Monitor the trends, news and consumers changes in your categories to substantiate planned initiatives on both with qualitative and quantitative research
- Engage all key stakeholders in seeking new business opportunities through fact-based consumer/customer insights and drive internal buy-in
- Manage assigned budgets responsibly, "as if it was own money", secure an effective deployment (Regular monitoring and status on variances versus Budget, optimal split of investment (design, R&D development, others)
