Right now we are expanding the team and are looking for a finance specialist in the area of controlling. As a Controlling Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of our portfolio companies and preparing the recommendations for management
Your day to day activities will include:
- Collecting and verifying financial data provided by portfolio companies
- Investigating and clarifying possible deviations in data
- Performing analysis of portfolio companies’ financials
- Preparing monthly update reports of portfolio companies’ performance
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for management and investors

This is not a hands-on recruitment role but focuses on acting as a trusted Recruitment Business Partner: advising and enabling startups to hire efficiently
Your day to day activities will include:
- Mapping the recruitment needs of startups we work with, interviewing their top management to gather insight on the talent they plan to hire
- Advising on recruitment strategy, tools and resources that would help address those recruitment needs
- Finding solutions to recruitment challenges start-ups are facing
- Connecting start-ups with service providers best suited for their needs (such as recruitment agencies, recruiters, body leasing companies, software houses e.t.c)
- Preparing and holding of workshops on talent acquisition strategies and practices for the start-ups management
- Networking with global services providers, freelancers, start-ups to build an ecosystem that would allow start-ups to scale up and hire efficiently
- Building and maintaining data base, creating materials for start-up’s management: recruitment playbooks and guidelines
