Gathering and interpreting data from internal and external sources
Taking care of data accuracy
Designing, developing, maintaining and documenting data-driven models, reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision making
Troubleshooting, investigating and improving existing BI solutions
Utilizing various analytical tools to identify trends and patterns in data
Working with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to improve business performance

Providing internal trainings in the use of Power BI
Acquisition of Purchase Order numbers and liaison with Project Manager and Project Management Office regarding initial setup and management of project financial reporting
Setup of project in the IFS system from financial perspective. and authorizing the recording of billable working hours
Controlling working hours and preparing data for invoicing
Work independently on the production, updating, monitoring, reviewing and analysing of project schedules using MS Project
Produce fully resourced project schedules developed in cooperation with the Project Managers and Project Team
Maintain project schedules with actual and forecast progress, percent completes and report earned value and KPI’s through the duration of projects
Liaise with, and give feedback to Lead Engineers and Project Managers on progress and impact ensuring full visibility of the project schedules and implications of changes
Monitor and analyse information, reporting progress, slippage and highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
Propose solutions to mitigate potential progress issues and conflicts
Challenge and test project assumptions, analyse different scenarios to ensure that plans are realistic and achievable
Supporting Project Support Office and Project Team in reporting
Taking part in development of processes and tools used within Project Support Office
Close cooperation with Engineering Team, Purchasing as well as external partners
Provide expert advice on planning process throughout the lifecycle of the project
Developing planning skills amongst other Project Support Office team members
Researching and identifying training needs in the organization
Coordinating implementation of internal and external training and development initiatives for specialist and managerial positions based on the identified needs and within a set budget
Preparing and conducting internal soft skills workshops
Supporting performance management and talent management processes within Damen
Conducting recruitment processes for specialist/engineering positions
Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Participating in building a positive brand of Damen Engineering Gdańsk
Taking part in organizing company events and implementing wellbeing programs
Preparing reports and analysis in HR area
Acting as an advisor towards managers and employees in HR related topics
Collaboration with other teams as well as colleagues in similar positions within Damen Group
Participating in improvement of internal processes and procedures
Direct cooperation with the Managing Director and supporting her in the implementation of current tasks
Organization and planning of Managing Director’s meetings, keeping a calendar and controlling deadlines
Coordination and organization of business trips for the Management Team and VIP guests
Data collection, analysis, reporting, writing letters, preparing contracts, presentations and summaries for the Management Team
Keeping comprehensive and correct documentation management, taking into account internal and external regulations
Supervising maintenance and use of company cars, including, for example, insurance, reporting damages, supervision of technical inspections and tire replacement as well as contact with the leasing company
Coordination of business projects within the organization commissioned by the Managing Director
Representing the company and taking care of its image in contact with business partners
Ongoing contact with Polish and foreign entities, law firms, banks, courts, government institutions
Collaboration with colleagues in similar positions within the Damen Group
Participation in the improvement of internal processes
