Customer Orders & Sales: Work in close partnership with buyers and external merchandisers and the internal customer service department to gain orders and deliver the critical paths for short and long-term selling

Contextualize Mattel's performance to inform and challenge key stakeholders. This will require regular reporting, through automated tools, but you will need to surface movements with recommendations on actions. This could involve insight related to category opportunities, pricing, ranging, promotional mechanics, media performance, and awareness of the competitive environment
Lead category and licensors specific insights projects leveraging internal, external, agency, and project sourced data sources to build out compelling and engaging business presentations
You will need to be confident in presenting your insights and views to wide groups of stakeholders both internal and external at all levels of seniority
