Complete the onboarding and enablement of new customers while setting overall architecture for customer implementations, including data exchanges and transformation between enterprise systems
Responsible for identifying technical requirements and use cases to assure Zoovu’s solution is properly implemented in the most efficient manner to drive value and exceed customer expectations
Act as the senior technical liaison throughout the customer enablement program, supporting the Platform Consultant and CSP to ensure quality deliverables
Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities
Develop technical documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations
Develop and document best practices for common integration and deployment scenarios
Identify technical risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate
Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with trends and latest features and functionality
Contributes to ongoing initiatives that continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively deliver success to our customers
Support the onboarding and enablement of new customers by building assistants, configurators, and chat conversations while training and enabling the customer to self-manage their solution
Consult with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert on what makes a good assistant, conversation - delivering a compelling customer experience while guiding customers to an in-the-box solution within the platform
Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities
Develop documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations
Identify risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate
Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with industry trends, and latest features and functionality

Maintain, manage and ensure adherence to information security policies, procedures, and standards in line with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements
Conduct regular checks, reviews, and assessments to verify compliance with established security measures and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance existing security and compliance measures, ensuring alignment with industry standards
Prepare, manage, and organize documentation and reports for audits and assessments related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance
Lead and coordinate incident response activities, overseeing the resolution process in line with established standards and procedures
Introducing new security projects and initiatives, implementing innovative solutions to enhance our security measures
Provide guidance and support to ensure employees are informed and compliant with security best practices and standards
Stay updated with evolving compliance requirements and industry best practices, implementing necessary changes to comply with new standards and regulations
Managing the day-to-day, month-end processes and year-end group and local statutory audits;
Managing two Senior Accountants;
Owning the VAT, Social Charges, Financial Statements, Corporation and other Tax compliance areas;
Act as support and advisor for our local offices;
Ensuring process improvements are rapidly implemented;
Coping with changing requirements as the company grows. This will include new projects such as the new ERP system implementation, ad-hoc VAT and tax audits, acquisitions, etc
Supporting customers via various channels (email, video calls)
Analyzing a wide array of requests (technical, operational)
Providing technical advice, guidance, informal training on the Zoovu platform
Resolving customers’ technical problems (which requires close cooperation with the development team and step-by-step management of the issue resolution process)
Developing tools and practices to increase the team's productivity
