• Track Procurement performance ensure relevant data submission from CPMs and publish relevant reports. Work with the Business Units to ensure data provided meets needs

• Serve as liaison and maintain specific department components of the supply chain, such as inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, information technology, and related areas
• Develop cost model templates, work with CPMs and ensure all key cost drivers are identified and understood. Source relevant market information and manage process for regular updates
• Conduct RFQs/RFPs and e-auctions using an e-Procurement application. Work with CPMs to ensure desired outcome is supported. If needed, support in the distribution and consolidation of vendor responses
• Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Indirect Sourcing Specialist to be based in the Rzeszow Region, Poland
The Sourcing Specialist is reporting directly to the Associate Indirect Sourcing Director, and has the following primary objectives:
Build reliable and stable relationship with suppliers as a preferred and trusted business partners and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of quality goods at optimum cost,
Analyze and compare potential and current suppliers and performance; evaluate and recommend new or on-going relationships,
Negotiate with suppliers,
Define, develop and renew a strategy per portfolios, at Local or Regional level,
Direct, control, and optimize resources to meet objectives and deliver agreed results while working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that sourcing strategies are implemented and function well
Pool and execute purchases for key items while considering legal aspects of contracts and negotiating with suppliers and the legal department
Track sustainable business results, including supply assurance, cost quality, service and innovation, which are required to meet Sherwin-Williams needs
Maintain regular (daily) service performance reviews with 3PL management team,
Address and coordinate open issues to responsible parties per 3PL Operational RASI,
Create & manage an annual operational budget,
Regular budget monitoring, budget deviations clarification, corrective action plan implementation for significant differences,
Regular Service Performance dashboards monitoring and CAPA creation for all instances of KPIs being under agreed target,
Identification & Implementation of cost rationalization (CI) initiatives both in warehouse and distribution,
Conduct regular QBR meetings with all 3PL’s in scope both WH and Transport,
Coordination of annual physical stock take per ‘ 3PL management RASI’,
Esurance that 3PL operations are compliant with ‘SW’s WH operations standard work procedure(*)’
Ensure the most optimal and effective Route-To-Market strategy,
Manage ad-hock escalations from the business regarding 3PL’s services,
Coordinate within the enterprise all initiatives aiming to scale up/down activities,
Collaboration with regional facilities,
Be the SPOC for BU Leads in scope,
Develop and implement (*) ‘ SW WH operations standard work procedure’
Act as owner of Logistics OTIF: perform root cause analysis on deviations, recommend improvements in existing processes and implement action plans to correct gap ,
Participate in the identification, development, evaluation, recommendation, and execution of process improvements and enhancements through established systems (ex. Oracle, Analytics, 3PL WMS systems) and additionally advanced technology opportunities such as Robotics, Late Stage Differentiation, Picking systems
Implement and enforce appropriate policies, procedures and working instructions to ensure compliance with logistics management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Monitor compliance with these areas and ensure process gains and administrative efficiencies are realized in logistics services,
Manage the activities, performance and skill / professional development of a team of managers and specialists
Be main support for the Production and Quality Departments in the processes of production optimization and implementation of improvements
Increasing production efficiency, searching for waste and implementing improvements to improve the production flow
Become an expert on the process chemistry, the operating philosophy, and the process design basis for equipment
Serves as a technical Liaison - Provide Process Technology input to the development and implementation of programs to achieve best in class performance in safety and quality of products and service in the Plant and Division
