• Establishing the first contact with potential clients
• Scheduling demo calls for Sales Executives
• Following up with incoming leads
• Staying up to date with industry trends and the competition
• Using sales strategies to lead initial contacts with prospects
• Getting Owners and Operators excited about our solution and connect their pain points with our solutions
• Recording and documenting all calls and communications in our CRM, Salesforce.com in order to identify trends for improvement
• Monitoring and being active on social networks for sales opportunities and leads
• Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
• Providing information to prospects about the solutions we offer
• Determining the prospects interest in the Perfect Gym’s solutions
• Scheduling discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
• Achieving a targeted number of activities per day/week/month in a structured organized fashion
Delivering against key performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Staying in touch with your network of Owners & Operators before and after the sales cycle

Przyjmowanie, obsługa klientów biznesowych,
Koordynacja i rezerwacja sal konferencyjnych,
Odbiór, ewidencjonowanie i sortowanie korespondencji przychodzącej oraz obsługa, korespondencji wychodzącej (listy oraz paczki), w tym kooperacja z firmami kurierskimi,
Rejestracja korespondencji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej,
Nadzór nad właściwym obiegiem dokumentów,
Archiwizacja dokumentów,
Organizacja podróży służbowych pracowników oraz Zarządu Spółki,
Współpraca administracyjna z kontrahentami Spółki,
Wsparcie organizacyjne i administracyjne Zarządu i współpracowników,
