Obowiązki:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the market presence of the JIVR products across 10 geographies;
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage sales teams and track their performance. Oversee negotiations with key clients and distributors;
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capitalize on them;
Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and preferences. Provide input on product improvements and innovations to meet market demands;
Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitive market positioning. Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market dynamics and product performance;
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote JIVR products;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers. Develop distribution strategies to ensure efficient product availability in key markets;
Focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Implement initiatives to improve customer experience, address concerns, and gather feedback for product and service improvements;
Prepare and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and distribution activities. Monitor expenses and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness;
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that the JIVR products meet all relevant safety and environmental standards;
Lead and motivate the marketing & sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives;
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key performance indicators to keep stakeholders informed and aid in decision-making;
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and meetings
