In this role, you will be responsible for product sales for the Polish market. If you’re a person that enjoys a hands-on role while also being comfortable with generating input for the long-term sales strategy, then you are our ideal candidate. You will work closely together with the current local hardware / service sales team so that with joined efforts realize company sales target
What would you be doing?
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers,
• Increasing client base,
• Developing and maintaining new and unique customers and accounts,
• Negotiating with customers to close sales orders and overcoming objections while maintaining appropriate sales margins,
• Making prompt business decisions about whether to sell particular assets in any particular situation,
• Identification and creating innovative sales opportunities,
• Understanding and executing sales order process,
• Working with margin plan and KPIs,
• Consistently maintain and accurately updating the information database
• Developing the growth of our digital marketing opportunities from different lead sources (SEO, Google Ads, social media organic/paid, email campaigns, events online/onsite),
• Learning and using ChatGPT and Generative AI tools to enhance your productivity,
• Coordinating a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including recycling of blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.),
• Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes,
• Using ongoing analytics to understand how our inbound/outbound marketing activity turns into customers, and converting customers,
• Proposing new and improved inbound/outbound marketing campaign ideas
In this role:

tworzenie i wprowadzanie kreatywnych rozwiązań wzmacniających sprzedaż;
Support the development, implementation and communication of corporate security policies, standards, procedures, protocols, and guidelines
Ensure the effective administration of all corporate security records and documents, that document and information classification controls are applied according to policy, and that document reviews are initiated
Assist with the development and implementation of security training and education programmes
Liaise with Site Management teams to maintain the SLS Global ISO27001 management system, coordinating internal and external audit schedules and preparation of the audit processes
Coordinate the SLS Security Standard and Internal Security Protocol Audit Schedule, assist the Security Manager in carrying out SLS Site Audits and report on results
Manage the SLS Global Risk Register for the management and control of on-going operational risks to the security of the organization
Coordinate site reporting for Security Key Performance Indicators, monitoring results and producing KPI Dashboard on management database
Coordinate the management and review of Global security contractors in providing services to SLS, for example Security Guarding, Remote Monitoring etc
Coordinate and assist with security investigations and security event responses, use of management database to generate trend analysis data on security incidents and events
Assisting the Security Manager in developing and implementing security projects
In the absence of the Security Manager act as point of contact for the SLS Corporate Security Management Programme
Member of the SLS Global Security Forum – act as Secretary in scheduling meetings, organizing Agendas, taking and issuing minutes etc
Ensure the correct and timely input of all activities/data, including reporting of incidents, recording data in the management database and to provide regular reports to the Security Manager
