Obowiązki:
- Setting short and long term strategies for the portfolio of ~10 projects you oversee, as well as identifying and contributing to the potential sales and growth opportunities
- Actively identifying and removing portfolio-wide and cross-department bottlenecks within your portfolio and beyond
- Working closely with Delivery teams to ensure standards and best practices are maintained across the portfolio
- Being accountable for monitoring and delivering high-quality services, healthy financials, and client satisfaction, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- Serving as the escalation point for the teams and clients
- Partnering with the sales reps to ensure that a customer's agile journey with us starts in accordance with the agreed upon project setup, estimates, and expectations
